RENTAL PROCESS
Here's how it works
GIVE US THE DETAILS
Fill out the inquiry form below. Once you submit your form, we will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to check availability and send you a questionnaire form to which you can submit your vision board or any inspirational photos of your event.
SIGN CONTRACT & PAY DEPOSIT
After finalizing the details with you, we will send you the rental contract and invoice. Once you sign the contract and pay the deposit, we will begin to prepare your items prior to your event date.
EXECUTE PRIOR TO EVENT TIME
Whether you will pick up the items from our office or require our delivery/set-up service, we will have it all set up and ready to go prior to your event!

Frequently Asked Questions
How early should I inquire for the rental items?
We suggest inquiring 3 weeks in advance so that we have enough time to prepare the rental items and ensure that it is available for your event. Make sure to sign the contract and pay the deposit (or full payment) 15 business days prior to the event date to avoid a short notice fee.
Where is your showroom located?
We are located in Howell-Sugarland Rd. and Bellaire. Once you drive in we will be in the second building with the black awning. If you are a visual person, then inquire for an in-person rental consultation and we will schedule you an appointment to view the showroom.
How does the rental consultation work?
Our rental consultation is by appointments only. If you wish to schedule an appointment, then feel free to call or text (713) 541-1000 or submit an inquiry form with a request to do a rental consultation. Our staff will reach out to you within 24-48 hours.
How much do floral centerpieces cost?
Our floral prices varies depending on several factors: silk vs. fresh, colors, size, design, etc. Additionally, floral types and colors are subject to availability. So we do our best to recreate the arrangement similarly to your vision.
